The ALPS Assessment. We administer our seventeen-indicator survey to your entire staff, measuring readiness across four domains: Adoption, Leadership & Strategy, Policy & Governance, and Systems & Security.

The findings. An indicator-level analysis across all four domains, with the spread of responses reported alongside the averages. A low score everyone agrees on calls for a district-wide build. A low average concealing pockets of strong practice calls for finding and scaling what already works.

The DCP Working Session. An on-site session with district leadership to walk the findings, sort what is urgent from what is systemic, and set the first sequence of work.

The Deficit Correction Plan. A structured analysis of each underperforming indicator and what it would take to move it, presented to the superintendent and cabinet. It stands alone as a complete, board-presentable baseline.
